The coach's job is not to give advice or analyze psychological problems (like a consultant or therapist). The coach's main job is to listen, ask the right questions, and reflect what we hear, enabling the client to tune in to their own wisdom.

A coach facilitates examining different perspectives, simplifying choices, setting clear goals and taking bold action. A great coach will inspire and encourage you but also hold you accountable and speak truthfully about any patterns or limiting beliefs we see.
